4.2. Buyers should communicate directly with the seller to request an exchange and follow the provided process.

5. Refunds

5.1. Refunds are processed as per the seller’s policy once the returned item is received and inspected.

5.2. Refunds may exclude shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrectly described.

5.3. The timeline for refunds depends on the seller and the payment method used.

6. Non-Returnable Items

6.1. Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
